 Saw the season finale of Dexter early this morning. I liked it, but nothing really threw me by surprise except for Deb almost discovering Dexter. I don't mind the rather anti-climatic finale, considering how explosive last season's finale was. Deb's character has made me love her more this season. She's grown so much as a character. Patient: There's something moving right here when I push on it.
Me: Oh, that's your xiphoid process, the tip of the breastbone.
Patient: But it moves.
Me: Yes, it's cartilage. Everyone has it.
Patient: But it hurts if I push on it a lot.
Me: Don't push on it, it's a sensitive area.

 1. At 7 am my brother was going to drive to his university when he discovered that the keyless entry wouldn't unlock the car. I drove the car for 5 years before him so I went to take a look.  We got an email saying that the grades for our first shelf exam were in, but they only posted scores for those who failed. I log into BlackBoard to check my score and I'm like, "wtf? It's blank? WHY IS IT BLANK?....OH LOL"

Sometimes all three at once.

Also with a side of asthma, allergies, broken bone, or weird skin issue.
